Staudenhof Gallery, Potsdam, Germany 1995

Situation:
Clothes and linens were borrowed from institutions that are responsible for the residents of the city of Potsdam:

- nursing home,
- home for disabled,
- orphanage,
- hospital,
- correctional facility.

For the extent of the exhibition this laundry was removed from its circulation of use, its cycle of collection, washing, storage and distribution. The pieces of laundry were exhibited in glass cases. The 17 glass cases were also on loan, from the Tucholsky Memorial Museum. After the exhibition everything was returned.
